Practical Informations

The event will take place at Domaine Saint-Jacques.

from Sunday, March 26, 2017 (evening) to Wednesday, March 29, 2017 (afternoon). Participants are expected to arrive for dinner on Sunday and leave after lunch on Wednesday.

Accommodation

Participants will be housed at the Domaine Saint-Jacques in double rooms or in single rooms. The rate will be 90 Euro (board and lodging; per person, per day) for a single room and 80 Euro (board and lodging; per person, per day) for staying in a double room.

How to get there?

Car

If you come by car, then Go to Obernai (west of Strasbourg), then follow Bernardswiller and Saint-Nabor. In Saint-Nabor, follow a road climbing the foothills of the Vosges on your left to Domaine Saint-Jacques.

Train

There are trains from Strasbourg to Obernai. The schedule is the following (for Sunday 26):

For the connection leaving at 13:51 and 15:51 you have to change in Selestat.

Taxis are usually waiting at the station. There could be a shuttle bus or cars, so watch first outside the station. If you need a lift, call from Obernai the Domaine Saint-Jacques 03 88 95 82 59.

Plane

The closest airport is Strasbourg-Entzheim. We recommend you take a taxi to Domaine Saint-Jacques (around 35 kilometers).
